Generalist Engineer

Join our founding team to build the core product that's democratizing data access. You'll work across our entire stack - Rust API, React frontend, and Python sandboxes - tackling complex technical challenges alongside a world-class team.

We don't expect you to know every language on day one, but you should be excited to learn and adapt quickly. You'll have the autonomy to solve problems your way while collaborating closely with the team.

Hard requirements:

Compiled language experience
Strong algorithmic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to have:

Startup experience
Full-stack development background

Forward Deployed Engineer

📍 In-person • New York, NY

Be the bridge between our technology and our customers' success. You'll work directly with data teams to implement solutions using Structify's tools, turning complex data challenges into streamlined workflows.

This role requires rapid learning and adaptability - you'll dive deep into diverse customer data needs and architect solutions that unlock the value in their data. You'll act as a technical consultant, providing hands-on support while challenging both our team and customers to achieve better outcomes.

Hard requirements:

Extensive Python experience and data engineering knowledge
Exceptional ability to learn and master new domains quickly
Strong communication skills - translating technical complexity for diverse audiences
Problem-solving mindset with pragmatic approach to solutions

Nice to have:

Experience in technical customer-facing roles (solutions engineering, FDE)
Startup experience
SQL and modern data stack familiarity
